The frequency of the inappropriate behaviors was measured through frequency count tables and the activities that were implemented were taken from the TSP program. The experimental group received training in the TSP program through 20 sessions, whereas the control group did not. The results of the T test on the pre-post phases have shown a significant decrease in the frequency of inappropriate behaviors of the experimental group. In contrast, the results of the control group remained the same in the pre and posttest phases. In addition, the ANCOVA was used to analyze the post scores of both groups. The results have shown a significant difference among the experimental and control groups. The results were discussed and recommendations for further research were proposed.
