Attitudes of Lebanese secondary students to modern standard Arabic

Findings suggest that the participants harbor positive i ntegrative orientations towards MSA and very positive attitudes towards Arab nat ional identity and culture, while they have weak instrumental orientations to MS A and negative perception of the status of MSA in the Lebanese society. Recommendations were made in light of the results.
