There were two research questions: How effective was this inclusion program? And, how much inclusion was there in this inclusion program? Questionnaires were developed to target the teachers, the parents, and the students of the Inclusion Department. Observations were conducted and the manager of the Inclusion Department was interviewed. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected. The results reflected that the Inclusion Program got positive evaluation. However, some results as well as some recommendations by the participants reveal the areas that need improvement included understanding the mission of the Inclusion Department, the mechanisms, and the characteristics of the students with learning disabilities. The research recommended the promotion of cooperation and coordination among all the stakeholders for more effective services of the Inclusion Department.
