Another instrument used in the statistical analysis performed in this chapter is the Personality Inventory for Children Parents-Form. The results indicates a familiar pattern of psychological disturbance among young people, as they become inclined to feel sad and look at family life with tension caused by the rupture between them and their parents, especially when these parents are unable to understand the concerns and fears of their children. As a result, they are likely to become impulsive and decontrolled in their confrontation with adults, and thus seek reclusion to escape relational problems.
