There is a need to reduce the information gap among individuals and to centralize the efforts on developing human resources through the enhancement of instructional technology. Principals of public schools completed surveys in order to provide input about computer technology in their schools. Based on the collected data and its analysis, a strategic plan for the proper integration of computer technology was proposed. The public school has been chosen amongst learning institutions for its profound influence in shaping the children of today and consequently the citizens of tomorrow. Since instructional leaders are knowledgeable in areas as curriculum and instruction, they are expected to guide school principals to render performance more effective and encourage teachers to value new digital technologies, to help our young people get the twenty first century education they deserve.
