The system emphasizes the cooperation of general education teacher, the special education teacher and the student. Two behaviors targeted: calling out and out of seat. Pre-observations and observations during the program's implementation are conducted to examine the effectiveness of the behavior modification principles. The results show that the system is effective when consistency and collaboration between regular and special education teachers are present.
