520 3 _aThe purpose of the research is to examine the effect of leadership style, teaching and testing strategies, and school culture on students' achievements in BLOM School, one of the public schools in Beirut area. This research study relied on qualitative methodology. The instruments for data collection are semi-structured interviews, structured observations, and field notes. Interviews were conducted with teachers and the school principal, and group interviews were conducted with students. Structured observations were conducted in five sections in the third secondary level in BLOM School for ten days. Findings showed that the studied three factors affected the students achievements in the Lebanese official exams.
