520 3 _aThis case study is a qualitative research aimed to provide a detailed study on curriculum change in a private school in Tripoli at the pre-school level. It sheds light on the changes in the curriculum specifically in KG2. It is based on interviews with the coordinators and the workshop designer, as well as the document analysis of the SAMA preschool curriculum, 1997 and 2013 Lebanese curriculum. The results of the findings revealed that there is a misconception in the definition of each of the two Lebanese curricula, 1997 and 2013, which lead to misconceptions in adoption and practice of these curricula in the chosen school.
