520 3 _aInternational School Partnership (ISP) is a recent initiative in Lebanon that was implemented with a main goal to prepare students for global competitiveness. This initiative falls under the global education programme, “Connecting Classrooms” (CC,) as an effort to internationalize schools in Lebanon and support the National Education Reform through the integration of information and communication technology (ICT) into the teaching and learning process. Lebanon is in the process of implementing ICT in public schools which is hindered by challenges, including those faced at the school leadership level. This study reports that the school leaders’ interest in ISP and the commitment and championing implementation of ICT programs in schools positively influence the whole process. One of the key findings from this study shows that school leaders who were involved in the ISP were better positioned to effectively integrate ICT in the teaching and learning process and develop a systematic approach. A descriptive survey was used to collect data by administering questionnaires to 40 teachers and 529 students. The triangulation method was based on the teachers' and students’ questionnaires, the interviews with the principal, deputy head teacher and 6 teachers, and the researcher’s observation to identify the impact of ISP on the leadership practice supporting ICT implementation in the selected school. The study revealed that significant progress was made in the endeavor to incorporate the use of ICT in the school. There was a paradigm shift in the leadership practices and pedagogical approaches following ISP interventions which helped introduce effective teaching strategies and student-centered learning supported by ICT. However, there is an increasing need to establish communities of collaboration and best practice to ensure the sustainability of the programme into the future
