However, previous literature has not extensifly adressed the relationship between parental attitudes towards homework and child academic achievement. This study aims to investigated the relationship between parental attitudes towards homework and students' academic achievement (English, math, and science) in the upper elementary level. Two hundred twenty two parents of upper elementary students from St. Joseph's School, Cornet Chahwan, in Lebanon took part in this study responding to the survey about their attitudes towards homework.
