The study describes a model that is used in International College to instill a culture of appraisal at all levels of education process. Unless evaluation criteria are articulated, learning cannot be measured unless evaluation becomes an integral part of the life of the college. It also examines measurable targets to devise the measures of achievement for leaning. The evaluation form has two components: the first outlines essential elements of leadership and the second considers leadership dimensions articulated in standards. Such forms are designed to focus on appraisal and to establish common grounds and expectations.
