The study examines the key factors to integration technology in a new paradigm that includes a supportive and effective leadership and an accepting climate. A technology implementation plan requires a clear vision, sufficient access, proper skills, and resources with proper timing. It reveals that full integration of ICT in curricula can be achieved when the need is for interdisciplinary collaboration spearheaded by well-trained administrators and teachers.
