Abstract: The central purpose of the book is to help teachers, supervisors, principals, and other educators or administrators develop skills in observing and describing interactions between teachers and students in a classroom situation. By becoming more s killed in classroom observation, the authors contend that, teachers can enhance their effectiveness in attaining educational objectives and goals by modifying behaviors in accordance with what is observed.
