| Summary, etc. | This study investigates the relationship between the leadership styles exhibited by 251 private school principals in Lebanon and their usage of technology in their schools. Data were collected by surveying school principals via two questionnaires. Findings suggest that school principals enjoyed a myriad of skills including ethical, transformational, instructional, technology and servant leadership skills. In addition, findings suggest the existence of positive correlation between the principals’ instructional leadership and their technological actions for the learning and teaching issues and between their ethical, instructional, servant and technology leadership skills and their technological actions for productivity and professional practices. Adding to that, a positive correlation occurred between the principals’ ethical, instructional, technology and transformational leadership skills and their technological actions for support, management and operations. The results also suggest the existence of a positive correlation between the principals’ instructional leadership skills and their technological actions for social, legal and ethical issues. |
